The culture is also humble and supportive; there’s very little ego, and people genuinely look out for each other. One of the things that stands out is how much everyone's opinion and voice is valued, down to the interns.

The workload can get heavy at times, and as mentioned in the pros, you're often encouraged to step outside your official job description to take on tasks or roles you might not have much experience with — which can be a great opportunity for growth, but also a bit overwhelming depending on the support you get. There are some communication challenges and growing pains as the company scales, which can make things feel a bit disorganized or unclear at times. Pay could be more competitive.
