      Avantages

      Working with great people in a fascinating industry can be rewarding. Provide lunch every so often, and get to take home and learn about different telescopes.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately the company was sued and forced into Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. The company is now laying off a large portion of its staff, and the outlook appears to be grim. The only other down side was sometimes dealing with returns, and not always feeling like my work was appreciated.

      You got paid that is about it

      Inconvénients

      Always short staffed. No raises merit or cost of living no matter experience or time of service. Only time raises giving sometimes if employees are talking about leaving. No employee retention at all. Serious issue with the good ole boy system. May be a family owned company but you are treated as a number and never respected or thanked for giving you all to this company. The owners loyalty is only to their family members and or previous coworkers that work for the company now. This is not a place to be if you are looking for a company to retire from.
