      Avantages

      I genuinely love working at McGrath RentCorp. The interview process was seamless. The work–life balance is excellent, and I always feel supported by an amazing management team. The training is incredibly thorough, which helps me feel confident in my role. I never feel stressed because I consistently have all the resources and guidance, I need to be successful. It’s a workplace that truly sets you up to thrive.

      Avantages

      Excellent Culture and a place that makes you feel truly cared for as an employee. The job can be stressful at times but it is rewarding and constantly presents new challenges.

      Inconvénients

      Can be fast paced and the learning curve can feel steep on larger projects

      Avantages

      They were so kind and trained me well. Treated me like family. I only left because I had just given birth and did not have child care

      Inconvénients

      The only con was I started during covid, so training was a bit harder, but I caught on fast.
