People love to overreact over something, gossiping and spread misinformation, I really love them. I mean, there's an easy way to be famous and you didn't have to try hard. Better than that, I love that this company doing something about girls support girls. Of course we wouldn't do something like backstabbing each other. Our manager and HRs is also an amazing woman, so we girls support each other. Hard work? What’s that? All you need to do is treat people like family. Speaking of family, have you ever heard of 'favorite children'? Yeah, you can be one of them here. But on the flip side, if you’re not their favorite, don’t even think about getting a raise or better compensation. Here’s what I’d say to them: don’t cry about it. At the end of the day, you’re part of something bigger, a family, as they call it. So why the complain?
