      MICROMANAGERS Hard to balance between work and personal life due to working from home You're held VERY liable for all client information (not really a con, just makes you nervous) Not enough personal interaction

      Avantages

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Inconvénients

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
