some people in management are good and supportive, helpful leave approval process is good and management provides leave as required
Inconvénients
Some management people not good at all , even some employees Work is not well defined at all they can assign you anything even if you're not specialised in it they have high expectations and are not much willing to explain the task in WFH, you have to arrange everying on your own , no company property, no MS office suscription or a office laptop they want you to yourself be self aware ask again and again for work. basically nothing is well defined and regular, they will criticise you if they arent able to get mmuch work from you even if they dont assign on asking accountability is low they can cancel your variable pay even if you work whole year the whole company depend on connecting you with a third party via broker
