      Avantages

      Although I was remote, the work always felt like a cohesive team. My director did not micromanage but did keep in touch to make sure all was working well. Yearly meetings brought the team together for education and team building.

      Inconvénients

      Only con was there was no room for advancement.

      Feels like a family away from home, great support system, flexible hours and days to work, always advancing in technology

      Inconvénients

      Working away from home, hours are flexible to an extent; therefore, unable to be available for my child immediately after school
