Avantages
This company has changed significantly in this past year. Moving from a start-up culture (which had some negatives in terms of work-life balance) to adding new organzational infrastructure, which is allowing it to scale and grow. Organizational focus is mainly on recruitment of talented people and teamwork, to keep up with the business growth. Still a very aggressive engineering environment with a drive to be the best - very competitive. Great environment for talented engineers, who want to be challenged and aren't afraid to make decisions they'll stand behind. Great opportunity for leaders as well as individual contributors.
Inconvénients
Still some internal challenges with organizational changes, but definitely moving in the right direction.
