      Avantages

      I learned the ability to convince people with cold calling to buy our products. I learned the whole process of end-user and Chanel team. I participated in training new employees joining the company and teaching them about the methodology.

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional and not trustworthy. They promise you so many things and nothing happens.

      Avantages

      - good place to start your career - good exposure - diverse teams - work load is decent depending on your role

      Inconvénients

      - management is disorganized as most of them are overloaded - may blindside you on big decisions despite work quality - no proper HR, employees rights are ignored, asked to consult with manager who was biased.
