      Avantages

      You can pass the blame of work to the next person easily. No one understands the importance of project management. Infact the project manager himself is doing everything else than project management. So many people know how to do your job except not knowing how to do their own job.

      Inconvénients

      Company after struggling for years could get a very very small amount of funding . No one was ready to fund the company. Very bad experience working with matter. The CDO will call agencies to present their plans and then use their ideas and never pay or appoint agencies.

      Avantages

      The team environment is positive, and colleagues are supportive and cooperative. Flexible working hours provide a good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of a clear company vision; decision-makers often seem uncertain about the next direction. Goals and priorities change frequently, making it difficult to maintain stability and focus. Salaries are not always credited on time. PF and TDS contributions are often delayed and not submitted within the expected timelines.
