      Avantages

      If you are a fresh graduate, a workaholic and have a passion to learn then this might seem like a suitable company. I have worked here for over 2 years. Personally, I learnt a lot technically. The projects are very interesting... and you will never feel it repetitive.

      Inconvénients

      Micro Management is one big of a headache. If you are acquainted to work in an MNC culture, I suggest never join this organisation. Growth is limited. Employee retention rate is in negative range i guess.

      - Company is good, colleagues are good - You can learn many new things

      - Worst Managers and management - Less salary - No appreciation - Those who work won't be appreciated, those who speak would be appreciated - Nepotism, Favouritism - should never start your career in this company as System Engineer - wrong profile name - As System Engineer , I used to work as Business Analyst
