Avantages

Less pressure. A lot of trainings in the Engineering Development Group. A chance to go to Boston to attend the orientation program.

Inconvénients

Very less opportunities in India. There is no transparency in the departments to transfer into. People have to stay in the Engineering Development Group for many years till they find a transfer department due to very little options.
