Avantages
- You get to work with very sharp/smart people - Outside world respects the company and its products - No cubicles!!
Inconvénients
- Extremely political - No appreciation for job well done, No reason to perform well - Promotions/raises are non existent - Telecommuting policy is so third-world company - In spite of their stated corporate values, “to be a great place to work’, and other “work life balance” statements, the company culture is very high pressure and demanding.
