      Avantages

      * India CEO is good. Has the chops to pull this off. But unfortunately, the team doesn't have the chops to work with the CEO. Feel sorry for the guy.

      Inconvénients

      * Location is pathetic. * Hiring is the absolute worst. * Everyone is looking out, you would find a lot of MatchMove resumes. Including the senior folks. * HR? What HR? Just manipulators. * Tech is dated. * Salary revision is nonexistent There is no policy for this at all.

      - allowed me to have a good cry in front of my colleagues during lunch break and show my vulnerabilities, didn't judge me when i broke down during lunch while missing my 2 uncles who passed away month after another - allowed me to voice the truth, hear me via email on what's going on, even on my last day

      Inconvénients

      - the under the bus story wasn't great
