I have worked for a couple of other companies as an SEO executive before joining Mastertech but the learnings of new SEO techniques here was the best. The staff is very helpful and supportive. The SEO team has very talented people who will give you very nice guidance. The meetings with the CEO were the most valuable. The work culture overall is very startup style and pleasant. The company doesn’t make you work for 12-14 hours as some other startups would normally do. They preach smart work before hard work. The CEO personally helped me identify my next career opportunity and move on as it was the right thing for me to do. I miss working for Mastertech and will always cherish my time spent with them.
