      Avantages

      Managers are quick to respond whenever help is needed and try to assign a case in close proximity. BCBAs are very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. They often ask BTs for their insights and feedback when it comes to the client. The schedule is super flexible and you can always make up sessions.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits, no pay for cancellation when family cancel last minute and not having enough training for bts.

      Onboarding takes 6+ months with CAQH/ Supervising director rarely responds/ You will feel LOST and frustrated at this company.
