Inconvénients

There are teams who have good managers, then there is ours. No pro active ness when compared to other managers. Excessive micro management. Other teams are chill, fun , enjoying our team is not. No team lunches, tesm outing nothing. Has a thinking of service based company. Sometimes we feel how he became a manager and who made him. Almost all other managers are aware how pathetic our team is.
