As one of the pioneer employees, I’m grateful for the opportunities and exposure I’ve had in helping to build the company from the ground up. The flat hierarchy has provided early access to senior management, allowing me to be closely involved in company discussions and strategic decisions. Working in a fast-paced, evolving environment has taught me the importance of adaptability and flexibility. I’ve had the chance to wear multiple hats and contribute across different functions within the organization. It's been a pleasure working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds who share similar values and a passion for both DeFi (Web3) and AI technologies.
