      Avantages

      Company is not for the employees, No raises and would not recommend working here. Work hard to get shafted at the end with no remorse. Stay away from a company that only cares about upper management from RM and above.

      Inconvénients

      Pay not good for the expectations, App does not load and try to go after DMs for undeveloped rep first 2 app. HR is a joke and does not stand behind employees.

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

      -Not really any cons its a great job

      Avantages

      A fun career with leading others to success. Weekly Pay Good Start to Management Career

      Inconvénients

      Lower on the Pay Scale Does require you to stand at all productive hours. Store staff, may try to micro manage you at times beyond your scope of work.
