      Avantages

      Heavy focus on investing in people and allowing them to develop new skills and grow internally. The company is also miles ahead when it comes to defining modern ways of working (Market Logic was among the first companies to embrace working from home and new collaborative approaches). The people are amazing and soon become friends. Highly experienced leadership and approachable.

      Inconvénients

      Market Logic is a company that continuously reinvents itself and introduces frequent changes to structures and processes. This is both a con and a pro depending on your point of view - I certainly observed coworkers with strong opinions on either camp.

      Avantages

      The people are amazing! Hands down the most creative, passionate, curious and intelligent group of associates I have ever had the opportunity to work along side. The product delivers against lots of unmet needs within our user community. At our core, we focus on innovation and building a network of satisfied customers - it is fun working on innovative products that delight customers. I enjoy my work at MLS and I love the fact that this role has taken me on such a fun learning journey.

      Inconvénients

      This work is not easy nor for the faint of heart. The hours can be long and implementing internal change can be a frustrating endeavor. The benefits and perks are not comparable to those offered by big companies, but, those are some of the costs that are traded for the opportunity to be a part of something that is growing and changing the market.
