      Set schedule, able to get some overtime, ceo and upper management nice. Room to grow with the company

      Going to self checkouts with staff over seeing.

      Regulars are nice, busy store, different shifts available

      Inconvénients

      No teamwork, Don't give raises, change shifts without asking, want so many tasks completed but not enough workers to get it all done
