      Avantages

      I wish I could say there was 1 but there is none. You hire good people but then you don't know how to manage them.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely poor management Micro managed No sense of direction Priorities don't exist. No respect for staff. They hire and fire as though it's normal

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
