      Avantages

      The people I work with are great. Location is convenient. Great PTO package.

      Inconvénients

      Not at all proactive. Understaffed. Overworked. Pay is low compared to other companies in the industry. Layoffs are becoming more frequent.

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
