      Avantages

      When this was based in Southend it was a tight knit hard working team that got along perfectly with little to no tensions or issues. Targets were met and we all pulled together as a team

      Inconvénients

      Deciding to lose an accumulative 100 years experience to relocate to Bristol at a loss of millions of pounds. The Bristol office shut and the claims department ceased entirely .

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
