      Dental Insurance, Good Health Gateway

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, expensive medical insurance, not planning on allowing fully remote for certain departments, all about numbers, you are just a number too. They dont care about you or your family, or earning a decent living to support your family. They overcharge their customers and underpay their staff, severe micro managing, very poor management all the way to the top. They are completely out of touch with their staff

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
