      Somente Salário Alto como tentativa frustrada de manter profissionais

      Inconvénients

      Péssimo ambiente de trabalho, desorganização total, falta total de liderança, altíssima rotatividade de profissionais, falta de profissionalismo, rincha entre equipes, sem qualquer valorização dos profissionais, manutenção de talentos inexistente

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
