      Avantages

      Comfortable environment, not too stress or exploiting Good social benefits: medical insurance, study allowance, etc

      Inconvénients

      Salary is only ok. Not enough internationalization, the company stays in their hispanic roots of nepotism and lack of efficiency. Too much bureaucracy, things have to go through a lot process to get done, and a lot the times, when they made it to the market, it´s already obsolete

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
