      Avantages

      Good social benefits (not much payment), flexible, relaxed atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Very inneficient. Super, super slow development, Nepotism is ridiculous. Very frustrating for employees. They do not recognize talent or manage talent correctly.

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
