Center head behaves like a Bank Manager and interfere in your day to day job responsibilities. Couple of so called people claim themselves as founding members group(so what?), and behave unethical, they don't listen to good feedback/inputs from other, assume you are out of ORG if you do so. THEY ARE HIGHLY POLITICAL. Good people leaving for the same reason. Referrals program is a big mess and has become a money earning means for founding members.
