      Avantages

      The company has a great culture and so many great, interesting and talented people who love what they do. Everyone is united by the same idea and motivation. It is very cool to work in such a team. From a product point of view, it is a real challenge, a great opportunity for product managers to explore and grow professional skills in real product management. The speed of gaining experience and knowledge is very fast. If you want making a cool product and solve complex problems, this is a great place. That's why I've been working here for over 5 years.

      Inconvénients

      I don't know. Company by default is opened for a feedback and everything is managable.

      Avantages

      This company has some of the best perks I've ever experienced (lunch every day, professional development spend, great salaries to name a few)! You can tell they really focus on the people aspect at Manychat, I felt it even with my first interview. This is really a great company to work for.

      Inconvénients

      It's still a startup, so of course there are things that are frustrating or a little chaotic. You have to have a startup mindset to work here, otherwise you will not enjoy it.

      Inconvénients

      Fast-paced environment that can feel intense during launches, with periods of high activity. That said, the growth, learning, and impact make it well worth it.
