      They sell some good product in store and the design of the store is ok.

      The pay is very low Company staff not friendly Put too much pressure on staff to meet the target

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
