      Supportive colleagues and passionate people mixed with some amazing talent make this a great place to work. The business is fast paced and no two days are ever the same.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes head office can be a little slow to react to queries which can sometimes be frustrating. Things can sometimes be over communicated causing confusion.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
