No pros to mention for makerobos.

Toxicity at best. Too much work pressure because they have team of 3 developers only. HR lied to me saying there would be team of 25. Excessive working hours [around 12 hours/day on average]. They said working hours would be 10-7 (Mon-Sat), but No. They keep scrum calls outside working hrs. First scrum at 9:30am morning and day end scrum call at 7/8pm which goes on till 9pm for sure. Then still manager expects you to work , do tasks even if its almost 12 hours working. Passes negative and rude comments and public insults. Made everybody work 12/hours day, 6 days a week and still no appreciation, keep talking rudely and shouted almost in every scum call. It was a nightmare working there , and one day he crossed all the limits of harsh comments and insults, so I resigned immediately from that toxic environment after a month.

Company does futuristic deep tech work in conversational AI. Have been to many tech companies but Makerobos is best amongst them. Culture is absolutely fantastic if you are a performer else it will be difficult to survive since company only retains best talent in the industry

It would be nice if they can offer holidays on Saturdays.
