Highly underpaid compared to the time and hard work put into the job. Some departmental teams seem to think they can not prepare their part of an event and put all the unfinished jobs on the event team and have the event team finish them. Highly over worked with no motivation to do more since the bonus policy is highly unachievable. The CEO is constantly being inappropriate with employees and doesn't seem to realize he has no idea how to run a company correctly. Doesn't realize the employees should be the #1 customer and not the end customer. CEO doesn't give the correct credit for jobs or events being successful. The event team is responsible for 1/3rd of the company's revenue and without them everyone would lose 1/3rd of their pay. They should strike and see how the company reponds.
