The hours are good. Good first job.
Inconvénients
They don’t care about you as a person. If you’re a good worker you get over worked to the max. They suck at hiring dependable employees. The turn over rate is crazy. No breaks even on a 12 hour shift... of course no break room for employees to even rest their feet for a minute. And the customers love to give you attitude for things that are clearly the companies fault and not yours. Drama drama drama... the employees can’t work as a team and only spread gossip about each other which the managers partake in as well. Managers play favorites with employees that they have relationships with outside of work. Training is a mess, everyone learns a 100 ways to do one things because there’s no consistency. I could really keep going lol. If you’re thinking about working at a ME... don’t! The place is a trap and they make it hard for you to escape.
