Corporate Office is not in line with the overall vision. They push you to create wonderful atmospheres and memorable experiences, but give you very little resources to do so. New managers have it rougher as it is harder to find information for actually running your area, just a crappy training program that they put you thru that teaches you the basics of each area. There is very little upward mobility which is surprising given how fast the company is growing. They would rather hire someone whose run an Applebees than to give people whom have paid their dues a shot.
