      A small, friendly, and collaborative team environment where you can choose projects that interest you and challenge yourself with constant support from your coworkers. Contribute directly to the team and always have a voice.

      Inconvénients

      Understanding the overall architecture of the company's products has been challenging, but efforts have been made to improve documentation of the architecture.

      Avantages

      Humble and transparent management team. Lots of autonomy and freedom, but a sense of personal responsibility is shared by everyone. First rate co-workers; everyone is top of the class. Excellent work/life balance with a lot of flexibility.

      Inconvénients

      Small company problems: a little lightweight on process.
