      Avantages

      There are some very intelligent people working for the firm and the atmosphere is quite laid back. Interesting place to work and learn the business.

      Inconvénients

      The firm lacks direction. They have qualified personnel but there are too many projects going on at once, limiting the overall productivity of the company.
