      Avantages

      low salary and family life totally gone due to work form home

      Inconvénients

      covid situation has gone since 4 years, now it is 2024, but still this company carry forward work from home. Entire Pune IT sector, banking, manufacturing industry already has started work from office. But this company still going on work from home. Due to that others family members are suffer their private life. We can not talk, we can not watch TV. Every time need to stay alert and keep maintain silent due to client call, meeting etc. When this company understand Home is Home not a Office. I have 21 years of experience on Data Center management on various company, but still I write this review due to I miss my HOME as a HOME

      Avantages

      Friendly and reasonable pay plus good management.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing bad at all, only a little bit pressure to meet the expectation, but this is very reasonable.

      *good mentoring system(if allocated to the right team) * fairly open system

      Inconvénients

      * dull leadership apart from few old faces * still hankering on the old days- time to move on and do better * HR is pathetic

      Thank you for your feedback and sharing your perspective. Though we continue to make positive changes keeping in mind the changing business landscape & labor market conditions but looks like in your case we have fallen short on your expectations.
