Avantages
* Flexible schedule * Easy Money * Have their own teaching platform
Inconvénients
* Support team only responds when they want too. * If you are on standby for a class they will transfer it to you and will call you again while you are teaching to pick up another class but you can't answer because they are calling you during the class they already transferred and if you don't pick up they will doc your pay EVEN THOUGH they just transferred you a class to take. * They are misleading about saying their in need for teachers. They rarely schedule you and only have you booked for standbys which is a waste of your time. Not guaranteed a booked slot. * I believe that teaching should be fun and interactive but there is a fine line between being a tutor and entertainer. The parents and Magic Ears only wants you to entertain the child versus actually teach them and correct their mistakes and Magic Ears basically agrees with that which is frustrating. No matter how hard you work, and how positive and interactive you are for the kids if you aren't silly enough or goofy enough then you'll get bad ratings. Like I said, I don't mind having a fun class but there is a fine line between teaching and entertainment. I am an experienced tutor/teacher for over 5 years not an entertainer. * They say they are culturally diverse but I don't see that in any of the training videos or platform slides.
