Inconvénients

Lot of cons that come in my mind: 1) Toxic work culture, driven my micro management 2) HRs always standing on your head for filling time sheet. 3) Very poor work life balance, I have to beg to even go to home even my parents are ILL 4) You can be terminated any time and no job security.

Avantages

teammates are good they understand each other.

Inconvénients

1.The company lacks a proper hierarchy and clear work structure. Team Leads have very little authority or value in decision-making, while the Product Manager and Business Analyst handle almost everything despite having limited technical understanding of the project and development work. Management style often feels more like a dictatorship, where employees are constantly directed and monitored without proper technical discussions. 2.There is no dedicated Project Manager or CTO in place. Almost all project-related decisions are controlled by the Product Manager and Unskilled BA, and concerns raised by Leads are usually ignored by upper management. Communication between management and employees is poor, and HR support is ineffective. 3.Employees were repeatedly assured that there would be no layoffs. Feedback about employees’ work on the Magellanic Cloud project was reportedly shared negatively by the Product Manager and Specially BA with upper management. 4.The company also follows extreme micromanagement practices. Employees are required to update timesheets daily and report the same task across multiple tools and channels, tagging several people including the CEO and Product Manager. Working hours are closely matched against Azure Board task updates and timesheets, creating unnecessary pressure and lack of trust. 5.Salary and appraisal policies are also disappointing. There have been no proper hikes for the last two years. Last year, management called it a “salary correction” and provided only 2–5% increases to some employees. Salaries are often delayed until the 10th–12th of every month. 6.Additionally, employees are frequently placed into PIP processes, and sudden terminations by upper management have become common, creating an insecure and stressful work environment. 7.The company follows extremely strict attendance and working-hour policies. Employees are expected to complete more than 9 working hours daily, and there is no proper work-from-home flexibility. Even for occasional remote work, employees must seek direct permission from the CEO and they change 24 leaves to 18 leaves because CEO feels 18 leaves of whole year is enough and according to him employees are slaves even they dont give labour day leaves. Overall, the organization suffers from poor leadership structure, lack of technical management, excessive micromanagement, weak HR policies, delayed salaries, and an unhealthy workplace culture.
