      Avantages

      Great team, lots of support and training, friendly (family like) environment, possibility of fully working from home, great work/life balance, company laptop and phone, gorgeous office, stocked up kitchen, free breakfast, all sorts of company events, office dogs.

      Inconvénients

      Can't think of any negatives.

      Collaborative environment Effective product development process Awesome leadership Transparency Great work life balance Fun activities with team out of the office Mentorship system

      Inconvénients

      None that I can really think of. I really liked getting weekly direct feedback from my mentor. One idea is it could be useful to do an end of summer evaluation going over strengths and weaknesses.

      Really know what they're doing when it comes to products work life balance interesting products company culture learned from and did hands on work. No busy work.

      Very little feedback for my position specifically Could use more guidance Positions could be better structured
