Fantastic benefits-- unlimited PTO, good health insurance, wellness stipend...the company has people all across the country, with most seeming to WFH and they seem to embrace this and trust their employees. Great communication from department heads (in my experience) and very kind people overall.

Everything revolves around client business so if it's not doing so great, there may be layoffs. They're open to listening if you want to discuss a raise but it might not be easy to come by.

Overall good place to be. Management is willing to work with you when you need them, good benefits.

Typical to most jobs in this industry, work is going to vary pretty wildly. Some weeks you're flooded with things to do, others will be lighter. It's manageable, but you should know what you're getting into.
