The lack of accountability and support from higher-ups only exacerbated the problem. Instead of fostering a collaborative environment, the company seemed to reward office politics and manipulation. Feedback was a one-way street. Constructive criticism was discouraged, and any attempt to voice concerns is met with defensiveness and hostility. It's a clear indication that the company values maintaining appearances over real growth and development. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. The negative impact on my mental and emotional well-being far outweighed any potential professional growth. If you value your self-esteem and mental health, look elsewhere for a workplace that genuinely supports and appreciates its employees. I had to go to THERAPY after quitting, and I know that I was not the only one who sought professional help after leaving.
