      Avantages

      The people are the biggest pro here. As a family owned company, the employment is also like a family. Everyone is super close and you are treated as a person and NOT a number. The company contributes to RRSP's, provides DPSP and a yearly bonus. Benefits are also decent! There has definitely been a lot of improvement over the years. Overall a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Below average pay would be my only real "con" of working here.
