      Avantages

      They have hybrid working policy which gives good work life balance. Have flexible working hours and shift. Good company policies and benefits and good payouts.

      Inconvénients

      Not as such but since covid we have been working in hybrid model so less interactions with collogues and less employee engagement activities.

      Avantages

      It is fascinating to work with many of the telecommunication industry giants. Having worked in a variety of technology sectors, working at MYCOM-OSI appeals to my need to be challenged while offering gratification in knowing what we do enables our customers to offer best in class services. As a member of a geographically dispersed workgroup, there is a real sense of connectedness amongst our team because embedded in the company’s DNA is a teamwork attitude.

      Inconvénients

      MYCOM-OSI is not a household name.
