      Relaxed atmosphere, easy to build lasting relationships inside the company

      Inconvénients

      Minimal accountability, lack of clear vision and strategy which then trickles down to things like job descriptions and tactical actions that are ineffective

      Avantages

      Top in their niche well over any closest competitor in technology and innovation.

      Inconvénients

      Only truly challenge was the times they were sold twice and now it seems they have a solid footing with Omnicell. Still need to advance more in Multi-med compliance packaging to the retail and closed-door segments.
