      Avantages

      I’ve always been able to get time off when I need it. The management has been extremely flexible allowing me time for college commitments. There are always opportunities to do overtime.

      Inconvénients

      There is not much of opportunity for progression and the base rate of pay is not excellent but the overtime can compensate for that provided you opt to do it.

      Avantages

      3 and 4 day weekends are great.

      Inconvénients

      Pay, requesting time off changed and we now only get 40 hours of PTO for our first year and 80 hours for our second year. 4 days of unpaid time off a year.
