      - Extremely unprofessional lower management - Very high turnover rate - Less that lucrative career choice - Hazardous work environment with little concern for safety over productivity - Lack of benefits and PTO - Inappropriate relationship behavior among staff ***great job to get your foot in the door for 1yr and get out!***

      Avantages

      Opportunities for growth. Strong cooperative team environment on my shift. It is possible to see quick pay raises if you work hard to earn certifications. If it is not busy, you will find yourself with free time at work. A very good place to get into semiconductor. I think the business outlook for the future is somewhat good and the job is stable.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is slightly corrupt. They also don't seem to pay much attention and don't understand some important concepts of leadership. Benefits and especially time off have much to be desired.
