      Avantages

      Anyone can get a job.

      Inconvénients

      -Anyone can be a Supervisor without any experience if you become a driver, this causes clashing. - Some of the Area Managers get in relationships with the employees, this causes favoritism. Some good counters get overworked and overlooked for raises if you're not a favorite. - There is no room for growth within the company. You get part-time pay but work full time hours. -There are NO benefits.

      Avantages

      One of the pros from working with MSI was I had a standard schedule.

      One of the cons from working with MSI was we would go periods of time without jobs.
